State of Hawaiʻi Annual Report for Fiscal Years 2012-2014
February 10, 2014 – The State Chief Information Officer (CIO) Sanjeev “Sonny” Bhagowalia publishes a report for the State of Hawaii for fiscal years 2012-2014. The report provides insight into the State’s rapidly changing business environment, and highlights the value that Information Technology (IT) delivers to the State. It has been a monumental 2.7 years, since the Governor and Legislature established a State Chief Information Officer to address the State’s chronic underinvestment and utilization of technology by aggressively implementing the Business and Information Technology/Information Resource Management (IT/IRM) Transformation Plan.
