NOTICE TO OFFERORS – MODIFICATION
OIMT is issuing a modification to RFP Number 2012-017, “Information Technology Training Room Equipment” to change the due dates for submission of questions, and submission of proposals. The new dates are: due date for submission of questions changed from Monday, November 26 until Wednesday, November 28. The closing date for receipt of proposals is changed from Friday, December 7 to Tuesday, December 11. All other dates and times remain the same.

Proposals responding to the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2012-017, “Information Technology Training Room Equipment,” will be received by the Office of Information Management and Technology, Attention: Sanjeev Bhagowalia, via email to [email protected]. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure confirmation of proposal receipt prior to the Closing Date and Time for Receipt of Proposals. Proposals received after this time and date fixed for submittal will not be considered or opened. Please refer to the Overview section in this RFP for other related key dates.
