Aligning with the State of Hawaii IT Strategic Plan, ETS coordinates management of the statewide IT Portfolio. The state executive branch departments work with ETS maintain a portfolio of major IT applications and projects for each department.

IT Application Portfolio provides an inventory of the state’s IT applications – those software programs or groups of programs owned and managed by a department – and used by the department’s employees or by citizens/constituents.

IT Project Portfolio provides an inventory of all the major planned or active engagements to create, modify or maintain a specific application, IT infrastructure or IT service.
